About These Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of ingamble.com (the "Site"), including any account you create on it. By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

How we collect and use personal data is described separately in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

What inGamble Is

inGamble is an independent information website. We publish casino reviews, bonus and loyalty program comparisons, rankings, guides and betting tips.

inGamble is not a gambling operator. We do not:

• Accept bets or wagers of any kind.
• Hold player funds or process deposits and withdrawals.
• Own, operate or control any casino or sportsbook listed on the Site.
• Decide disputes between players and operators.

Any account you open with a casino or sportsbook is an agreement between you and that operator, under its own terms.

Eligibility

Special offers and promo codes shown in your account are set by the operators, like every other offer on the Site, and the operator's own terms apply to them.

You can delete your account at any time in your account settings. Your comments and reviews then stay on the Site without your username; they are shown as posted by a deleted user.

Comments and Reviews

Signed-in members can comment on casinos, bonuses and loyalty programs, reply to other comments, vote and report comments. A top-level comment can carry a rating from 1 to 5 stars and then counts as a review.

By posting, you confirm that your comment:

• Is your own honest experience or opinion.
• Contains no links or website addresses in any form.

• Is not abusive, threatening, discriminatory or obscene.
• Does not share personal data of other people.
• Is not written on behalf of, or paid for by, an operator.

You may vote once on each comment and cannot vote on your own. Please use reports only for content that breaks these rules.

You keep ownership of what you write. By posting, you give inGamble a free, worldwide, non-exclusive license to display, store and reproduce your comment on the Site.

We may hide or remove any comment that breaks these rules, and we may do so without notice. Comments are the opinions of their authors, not of inGamble.

Acceptable Use

When using the Site, you must not:

• Break any law that applies to you.
• Try to access accounts, data or parts of the Site that are not meant for you.
• Collect content from the Site by automated means in bulk, or put an unreasonable load on it.
• Upload anything that contains malware or harmful code.
• Manipulate ratings or votes, including with several accounts.

Suspension and Closing of Accounts

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, is used for fraud or abuse, or belongs to someone under the minimum age. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you why.

Intellectual Property

The Site's content - texts, reviews, rankings, design and software - belongs to inGamble or its licensors. You may view it and share links to it for personal, non-commercial use. Copying or republishing it requires our written permission.

Casino names, logos and game titles belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify them.

Third-Party Websites

The Site links to websites we do not control, including casinos and sportsbooks. We are not responsible for their content, availability, terms, games or payments. Your use of them is at your own risk and under their own terms.

Limitation of Liability

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that it will always be available, error-free or complete.
